The fish's soft milt has an irresistible creamy texture, plump oysters, deliciously rich and flavorful monkfish liver, and soft and steamy cod.A superb hotpot where you can enjoy all the luxurious ingredients you want to eat in winter! The dipping sauce is based on ponzu sauce and is topped with melty mekabu seaweed, a Sanriku specialty, and crunchy salmon roe, which go perfectly with the ingredients! Dissolving the ankimo in the sauce doubles the richness and flavor!
